Part of PTA is networking, one way to interact with other PTAs is to share your best. WI PTA invites all units & councils to participate in the Achievement Recognition Awards program.
The Awards that are offered in the Achievement Handbook are:
- Phoebe Apperson-Hearst Award (A National PTA Excellence in Education Partnership Award)
- Local Unit Outstanding Program of the Year Award-Traditional
- Local Unit Outstanding Program of the Year Award-Non Traditional
- Council Program of the Year Award
- Local Unit Elementary Newsletter Award
- Local Unit Secondary Newsletter Award
- Council Newsletter Award
- Council of the Year Award
These awards are presented at the WI State PTA Convention each April.
The DEADLINE for the above awards to be submitted in the State Office is by Feb 29th
