PTA/PTSA (field service) visits are an important part of the support services offered to PTAs by your Wisconsin PTA State Board. To help us plan our schedules, please complete this form and send it to the State Office.
You may request specific members(s) of the State Board of Directors or leave this up to the discretion of the State President. We will do our best to accommodate.
