PTA is the largest volunteer child advocacy organization in the United States.  A not-for-profit organization of parents, educators, students, and other citizens active in their schools and communities, the PTA is a leader in reminding our nation of its obligations to children.

Interested In Becoming A Member?

Contact the state office to join a local PTA in your area or join the Wisconsin At Large Unit (WALU).

A WALU membership is an excellent way to show your support for the Wisconsin PTA even if there is not a PTA in your community

 

WALU Membership Application:

WALU has several levels of support:

  • Individual $20.00-Individual members recieve full membership in WALU, the Wisconsin PTA and the National PTA.  Your membership card includes the Objects of the PTA, our guiding principles.
  • Partner $35.00-As a partner in WALU, you recieve the full memebrship benefits of an individual member plus a subscription to the Wisconsin Parent Teacher Bulletin, our newsletter.
  • Preferred Partner $50.00-We are proud to acknowledge your Preferred Partner Membership in our annual convention program if your choose.  Preferred Partners also have all the benefits of our Partner members.
  • Preferred Partner Plus $100.00-With this highest level of support, we are pleased to acknowledge your generous support and concern for children in an issue of our Wisconsin Parent Teacher Bulletin as well as in our annual convention program.  You will also receive full membership and a personal copy of the Bulletin 9 times a year.
