Why Attend our Annual Convention?????
Any one should and can attend Convention. It is a legitimate expense that should be a line item in your budget. Convention is where we conduct the business of the WI PTA. It is where we:
- Pass Resolutions to speak on your behalf
- Report to our delegates what your State PTA has been doing for you
- Share Legislative happenings
- Provide training for local PTAs
- Showcase Sponsors, Partners, Vendors and Exhibits
- Change the WI State Bylaws
- Vote in our State Officers during election years
- Hold the Reflections Program Reception for all our state winners
- Provide Workshops and get Program Ideas
- Have Keynote Speakers on important topics
- Give out Scholarships and Awards
- Network with other PTAs
- Meet your WI PTA Board and National PTA Representatives
- AND HAVE FUN!
