OAK LEAF AWARD

An Oak Leaf Award may be purchased and given by you to any person that has shown outstanding or special qualities in working with or for children in your PTA and the community.  This award allows a local unit or council to pay special tribute to someone in PTA that has shown exceptional devotion in their work with children or someone in the community.

Oak Leaf Award Request:


The request for this award should be submitted to the WI State PTA office allowing several weeks for the printing of the certificate. 

The cost of the award is $20.00 and includes a printed certificate that is suitable for framing and an oak leaf pin.
